t’s so easy as we age to sink into lower and lower levels of activity. We’re running around less. We’re caring for children less. And frankly, outlying bits and pieces of ourselves may begin to hurt. Paradoxically, one of the best ways to cope with that oncoming and chronic pain is to keep moving. And one of the best ways to keep moving is to have fun doing that!
